Anna (mentioned as the prophetess) was Jesus' grandmother and wife of the very wealthy Joachim. This biographical information is not well presented in the NT perhaps because it is not in keeping with the unfounded "poor carpenter" image of Jesus and his family. I hope Joseph did manage to look after the remains of our lord and saviour as the bible surely mentions. Question is, did he manage to obtain Jesus's blood, remains or perhaps another holy artefact ?
